Designed for Advanced Life Support, our multi-parameter monitor defibrillator is the most fully featured in our range. It is outstanding for its high performance, numerous monitoring options and modularity.
Voice and text instructions for use on a Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian language.
The Reanibex 800's revolutionary design allows users to adapt and customise the monitor defibrillator to changing needs at any time. The Reanibex 800 system has a built-in plug-and-play design to expand and upgrade with modules for new functionalities without the need to send the unit to the factory, guaranteeing it is always available for use.

In AED mode, the device analyses the ECG signal. It performs defibrillation if necessary, guiding the user throughout the intervention protocol. The Reanibex 300 provides audio prompts, on-screen instructions, and CPR guidance. It has a built-in metronome to act as a guide in achieving the correct rate while performing compressions and an indicator to provide information about cardiac massage quality.
In Manual Defibrillator mode, the user interprets the ECG rhythm, decides whether defibrillation or cardioversion is needed, charges the required energy and performs the shock. This shock is delivered using reusable external paddles, disposable internal paddles or disposable pads.
For ECG and arrhythmia monitoring, the Reanibex 800 can acquire the waveforms using: Monitoring electrodes and 3, 5 or 10-lead patient cable Multifunction defibrillation electrodes Reusable external paddles
It can obtain 10 seconds from the 12 leads for a more detailed diagnosis of the ECG signal.
The Reanibex 800 provides automatic ECG analysis using the University of Glasgow algorithm. This algorithm can diagnose all commonly recognized ECG abnormalities.
A non-invasive transcutaneous pacemaker is a device that delivers electrical stimulation to the heart, triggering cardiac depolarisation and contraction of the myocardium. Pacemaker impulses are delivered only using disposable multifunction electrodes, both adult and paediatric.
Pulse oximetry is a continuous, non-invasive method of measuring arterial blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate (PR). The measurement is obtained by placing a sensor on the patient, usually on the fingertips or earlobe for adult patients and on the hand or foot for neonatal patients. The sensor is connected to the unit by a patient cable. The sensor captures the patient's data signal and sends it to the unit.
The Reanibex 800's non-invasive blood pressure module uses oscillometric measurement. This non-invasive method measures arterial blood pressure by monitoring the magnitude of pressure changes in the cuff during deflation.
The Reanibex 800 capnography module constantly measures the amount of CO2 in each breath. It shows the amount present at the end of exhalation and the airway respiratory frequency rate.
The Reanibex 800's invasive blood pressure (IP) module has two channels for real-time continuous pressure measurements and waveforms in Monitor, Manual Defibrillator and Pacemaker modes.
The Reanibex 800's temperature module can continuously monitor rectal, oesophageal, nasopharyngeal, surface, arterial, venous, internal and urinary bladder temperature. Measurements can be displayed in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. They can be taken while in Monitor, Pacer and Manual Defibrillator modes.
